Which make-up artists are you offering in your package?

Can I bring my own make-up artist?

 

 

Yes you can as long as their style match with our photos. Corresponding cost will be deducted from the package price if you do so. Although we highly recommend our make-up artists as they fully understand our shooting style and can produce the best results.

 

 

How many make-up style changes are included in the package? Can I purpose my preferred style?

 

 

Sure!
You may show us your preferred style first so that we can provide you professional advice. We usually change hair styles/retouch make-up upon changing shooting location or outfit, for example, 3 styles changes for 3 different shooting locations/outfits.

 

 

Any recommendations on costume rental?

 

 

Yes. We have a few co-operating bridal shops that offer better price for costume rental to our clients.

 

 

What (things) should I prepare before shooting?

 

 

i) Costumes/Casual wear for shooting

ii) Have hair cut or dyed a week before

iii) Bouquet if needed (we have florists recommendations)

iv) Special/meaningful props representing you two (if needed)

 

 

How should we choose casual wear outfit for engagement session?

 

Casual wear actually is not “casual” at all. We suggest client to put more effort in preparing this session so that the pictures can reflect the most relaxed and unique characters between you two. Please don’t underestimate the importance of choosing outfit, as matching one can really make a difference. But don’t worry, we will provide sample pictures suitable for the theme/location/your characters to make you understand what outfit you will need. Go to shops to try them out and send pictures back to us for advices before buying.

 

 

How about transportation arrangement for that day?

 

 

We highly recommend you book the 7-seaters through us. We work with the team of professional drivers for years, and they know our common destinations inside-out. It will save you a lot of hassles with traffic and save more time for the photo shooting. Their rate is $190/hr. (min. 6 hours).

 

 

In case of bad weather forecast, may I reschedule?

 

 

In case of unfavourable weather forecast on the shooting, you may choose to reschedule upon our crew and costumes availability. Handling charges will occur if you reschedule within 2 days. Feel free to contact us if you have any concern.

 

 

I am camera-shy. I don't know what to do in front of camera.

 

That’s many clients’ main concern. Don’t worry, our photographers are highly
experienced. They will provide guidance to get you in track step by step. We
believe you will be busy laughing or doing little tasks and totally forgot you
are taking photos most of the time!

 

 

How many photos will be retouched? What is difference between color retouched and detail retouched?

 

 

Basically, all the photos you received are edited and tuned with our color style, just like what you saw in our web site. However, you may pick the photos you want for detail retouching (according to the number included in the package). The editing mainly includes slimming body or clearing out unwanted backgrounds like road signs or pedestrians.

 

 

How long will I receive the final product?
